Do I need court approval when selling real property in an estate?
In certain instances you will; you’ll need the court confirmation which is a different type of transaction.
When you are appointed by the court at the hearing they’ll tell you whether you’re going to be full authority or limited authority. If it’s a limited authority sale then yes we will need court confirmation.
