It’s always a good idea, if the estate has the funds to do so, to keep the payments current on the loan while we’re going through the whole probate process and the sale of the property.
If you don’t, then of course there is going to be penalties and fees assessed at the closing and if it went on too long a notice of default can be filed which creates even more problems for us.
