Does the court appoint a Real Estate Agent to sell the real property in the estate?

No, the court doesn’t dictate who you should use to sell the property.

They let you decide who you want to work with in terms of an agent. The attorney may have a couple of references, but generally it’s up to you, the administrator, to choose who you want to work with.

It’s obviously important to choose the right agent because it’s going to really have a lot of impact on how smooth things go and how efficient we’re able to close the escrow.
