No, I wouldn’t.
Actually, the court only allows for a 90-day listing at a time. At the end of that 90 days if the property hasn’t sold, for one reason or another, you can relist the property. You can continue to relist the property as many times as you feel comfortable, but if the agent is doing their job the way we should be doing it, it should already be in escrow or closing well within that time span.
